- The subject of the public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system according to the provisions of § 58 to § 61 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Public Procurement" in the relevant grammatical form) with using a short competition procedure (hereinafter referred to as "DNS").
DNS will be used for entering orders, the subject of which will be the purchase and delivery of goods commonly available on the market, which are sewage pumps.
The specific scope of the subject of individual contracts entered through the established DNS, detailed the specification of the subject of individual orders, the place of delivery, delivery terms and other business terms of delivery of the subject of individual orders as well as other additional information will be specified in the Invitations to submit an offer, which will be through the JOSEPHINE 2.3 system (hereinafter referred to as "JOSEPHINE") sent simultaneously to all interested parties included in the DNS.
