- The subject of the public procurement is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system according to the provisions of § 58 to § 61 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Public Procurement" in the relevant grammatical form) with using a short competition procedure (hereinafter referred to as "DNS").
DNS will be used for entering orders, the subject of which will be the purchase and delivery of goods normally available on the market, which are pumps for pumping drinking water for supplying the population with public water supply.
The specific scope of the subject of individual orders entered through the established DNS, a detailed specification of the subject of individual orders, place of delivery, delivery time and other terms and conditions of delivery of the subject of individual orders, as well as other additional information, will be provided in the Calls for Tenders, which will be of the JOSEPHINE 2.3 system (hereinafter referred to as "JOSEPHINE") sent simultaneously to all interested parties included in the DNS.
