Description:
The subject of this part of the order is the purchase of original spare parts (hereinafter referred to as "ND") to 30 front JCB's front loaders that meet the requirements of Slovak and European standards and generally binding legal regulations to the address of the Central Warehouse and Warehouse of the Obstand Center, including transport to the place of performance and other services associated with the delivery (technical support in correct identification of the ND and their correct assembly), and including unlimited access to electronic online catalogs ND brand. JCB.
Part of the subject of the order in this section also is the delivery of 2 pcs of diagnostic Devices from the authorized ND distributor together with JCB service hardware.
Defining terms within the meaning of the Regulation:
• Authorized distributor means distributor of spare parts for motor vehicles, which belongs to the distribution system established by the supplier of motor vehicles.
• The independent distributor of the parts means a distributor of spare parts not belonging to the distribution system set up by the supplier of motor vehicles.
• Spare parts mean goods to be mounted in a motor vehicle to replace the components of such a vehicle including goods such as lubricants that are needed to operate a motor vehicle, except for fuel.
The contracting authority assumes issuing specific orders in advance indefinite, irregular intervals that will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.
