- The subject of the contract is the production and supply of urban furnishings for the needs of the capital. The contracting authority is interested in unifying the elements of the urban furniture in the territory of the capital. The contracting authority assumes the purchase of a furnishings:

The contracting authority was granted an infliction of the owner of the work for the use of the work (drawing documentation or part thereof) to the extent specified by the underlice contract.
