- Purchase of urban furniture Description: The subject of the contract is the production and supply of urban furniture for the needs of the Capital City. The public procurer is interested in the unification of elements of urban furniture on the territory of the Capital. The public procurer assumes the purchase of furniture: Benches with backs, Benches without backrests, Hanging scythes, Large-capacity scythes, Large scythes for separated waste, Bike racks with a strap, Bike racks without a strap and spare parts of furniture: Left cast bench, Right cast bench, Middle cast bench, Inner container for hanging scythe, with a volume of 50 liters, Inner container large-capacity scythe with a volume of 100 liters, Wooden beams - bench, Hinges on the scythe. Elements of urban furniture will be made according to the author's work. The public procurer states that the owner of the work (i.e. the drawing documentation or part thereof) is the Capital City of Prague and the contractor-author of the work (drawing documentation or part thereof) is the company ARTΔL, s.r.o., LibeΕsky ostrov 1555, 180 00 Prague. The public procurer was granted a sublicense to the owners of the work for the use of the work (drawing documentation or part of it) to the extent specified in the sublicense agreement. Interested parties / applicants they are not authorized to use the drawing part of the documentation for a purpose other than familiarization with it for the needs of participation in public procurement.
