• Radio communication and telecommunication services and related software functions for the needs of traffic management provided by the Bratislava Transport Company Description: The subject of the order is the procurement of radio communication services based on a digital radio network built with by using TETRA technology in combination with voice and data telecommunication services in GSM and PBX networks, geolocation services and software services intended for the management of communication related to the management of urban public transport within the city limits Bratislava and information about it together with the management of stop information boards, including the rental of technical equipment and accessories. A detailed description of the technical and functional parameters of the procured services is given in the technical specification, in terms of to which all services must be delivered and operated in accordance with the contract. If there is a requirement for the provision of radio communication services on the basis of digital radio network built using TETRA technology according to § 42 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the bidder may provide as an equivalent service a radio communication service and technology technically equivalent to the European TETRA standard, using a digital protocol technically equivalent to the TETRA standard and meeting the technically equivalent provisions of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) standard for TETRA networks marked ETSI EN 300392-2.
