The subject of the contract is the preparation of the construction project on the basis of the project documentation prepared for the building permit and the construction of the work "Reconstruction and extension of the Polyclinic Senec" to the extent of I. and II. stages.
The purpose of construction is to build a full -fledged polyclinic in the central partSenec, on the land of regular floor plan (no. Parcels 808, 809, 981/3, 981/4). The building is an extension and reconstruction of the original polyclinic building. The building is divided into construction objects for the possibility of construction of construction. The first stage is designed an extension of the polyclinic - foundation and undergroundgarage. The second stage is designed an extension of the three -storey SO101 polyclinic together with the extension of rehabilitation SO101.1. The extension of the three -storey polyclinic is designed on an underground garage with 101.3. The building in question should contribute to the qualitative completion of the central city zone.
