• Reconstruction and modernization of ZS Jozef Gregor Tajovský in Banská Bystrica Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works, consisting in the reconstruction of interior and exterior spaces on the construction site "Reconstruction and modernization of ZS Jozef Gregor Tajovský in Banská Bystrica". The construction is divided into the following buildings: SO-01 Pavilion ASO 02 Pavilion BSO 03 Pavilion CSO 04 Pavilion DSO 05 External premises of the school SO 06 School sports area construction works for the following areas: 1. Support for desegregation of upbringing and education, 2. Debarrierization of schools and school facilities, 3. Material equipment and technical security of schools, 4. Construction/modernization of classrooms, including outdoor ones, 5. Construction and reconstruction school sports fields, which are included in the budget. The work in the interior mainly involves scraping and painting, replacing floor coverings, replacing doors and reconstructing social facilities. Exterior work consists of fencing replacement and repairs access road, asphalt courtyard and repair of stairs, re-stressing of the entrance staircase, sports surfaces on the playground and installation of furniture. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the Project documentation for the implementation of the construction including reports measurement, made by Karol Fraňo s.r.o., Sladkovičova 64, 974 05 Banska Bystrica, responsible designer Ing. Karol Fraňo, authorized civil engineer, reg. no. 3826*A*4-1 (Appendix No. 1 and No. 2 of Part II of the tender documents), as well as in the draft Contract on work, which forms Annex No. 1 of Part III. of the competition documents.
