The subject of the contract is construction work in the reconstruction of the House of Culture Trnavka - Bulharska 60, 821 04 Bratislava, according to the project documentation and within the extent of the statement of the area, in order to renew its cultural and social function.Pointed areas

Reconstructed building of the House of Culture is designed as a rectangular building with a ground plan of 37.60m x 32.20m with distinctive ribbing on the level of the 3rd floor and distinctive concrete staircases on the front facade with three above -ground floorswith a flat roof and a skylights and access to the roof plane. The building is designed as a column reinforced concrete system combined with brick masonry. The longitudinal modules have a size of 6275 to 6750mm. The bright heights of the building have 2.90m on the 1st floor and 3250mm on the remainingfloors. The ceilings of the building are a combination of panel ceilings and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs depending on the space. The ceiling above the social hall consists of steel truss trusses. The main entrances to the building are designed in the front southwest facade at 1. And 2. Above -groundfloor. At the entrances, there is a distinctive exterior staircase and side walls of the building, completing the rectangular shape of the object.
