• Description:
• The subject of the order is the complex project preparation and implementation of the complex reconstruction of the JSRLP and PHA building using the Design and Build methodology (in particular, the design and preparation of the relevant documentation, the performance of engineering activities, the execution of construction works and the implementation related performance), while maintaining the standards and volumes of the work performed and the service provided during the implementation of the project. The building in question will be realized in accordance with the Contractual conditions for technological equipment and design - implementation" - for electrotechnical and mechanical-technological works and for construction and engineering works designed by the Contractor, ("Yellow Book"), First Edition 1999, published by the International by the Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), Slovak translation, SACE 2008.
