• Reconstruction of Karačoni Palace Description: Karačoni Palace is a national cultural monument registered in the Central List of the Monument Fund of the Slovak Republic under no. 101 596/0 and is owned by the Slovak Republic under the administration of the Office of the President of Slovakia of the Republic and the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic. The purpose of the reconstruction is to improve the construction and technical condition of the building and to reduce the energy demand of the building with the aim of reducing the consumption of primary energy at the level of 50%. Reconstruction of the Karačoni Palace building remains from the restoration and insulation of the facade, demolition work, construction of cold distribution systems, delivery and installation of reverse heat pumps and distribution systems, construction of new electrical installation and lighting, remediation against moisture, remediation of the retaining wall from the side Grasalkovičová garden and is divided into three separate supply units: DC - 1 part of the Karačoni Palace in the administration of the Presidential Office of the Slovak Republic, including its modern extension - Complete reconstruction of the facade of the Karačoni Palace and its modern extension, including reconstruction of attics, their balustrades, balconies, connection details, rain gutters, drains and plumbing details, - Partial reconstruction of the 1st floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 3rd floor resulting from the replacement of a new cooling system, including its new distribution systems and partial replacement of distribution systems and TZB technology resulting from the reconstruction of the boiler room and replacement of the end elements of lighting, - Reconstruction of the gas boiler room (joint for KP SR and UV SR), - Insulation of the ceiling above the 3rd floor, attic unheated space, - Moisture remediation of the lower structures of the Karačoni Palace and its modern extension, - Reconst...
