• Reconstruction of the Municipal Office of Dunajská Luzna Description: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing building of the Municipal Office in Dunajská Luzna with the aim of increasing the energy efficiency of the administrative building and also debarriering the building. It is about a four-story articulated building with a flat roof, with one partially basement floor, two full-scale above-ground floors and one recessed third above-ground floor, which consists of a staircase and an elevator, from which it is possible to reach the roof 2nd floor. The reconstruction works will primarily include insulation of the perimeter plastic, replacement of the stress plastic with the creation of a green roof, reconstruction of the electrical installation, replacement of the heating system, installation of photovoltaic panels, air conditioning, retention rainwater tank. Barrier-free measures will include the replacement of the external pavement with a new one, the installation of a reinforced concrete ramp in the interior and the creation of a barrier-free toilet.
