• Reconstruction of object no. 27 The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of building no. 27, Kutuzovova 8, Bratislava, including the development of project documentation for all building objects (functional units) that this reconstruction includes: The aim of the reconstruction of building no. 27 is the elimination of the emergency state of the building, the modification of the layout and operational arrangement of the building according to the current needs of the user with the creation of a fully usable attic, the modernization of the building and the increase of the comfort of its use. Part of this reconstruction is the connection of the reconstructed building to utility networks by reconstruction or the construction of new connections, the connection of the reconstructed building to the connecting corridor with the adjacent building, the construction of a parking facility nearby of the reconstructed building, reconstruction / construction of new paved areas and modification of green areas near the reconstructed building with the addition of fencing. Part of the work will also be the removal of the original reinforced areas around the building, which will be in conflict with the proposed reconstruction and its new construction objects. From an operational point of view, we divide the volume of work into five separate construction objects.
