- The subject of the contract is construction work in the reconstruction of roads or other paved areas owned or administrative contracting authority on the basis of project documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a successful applicant, while the contracting authority enters a successful applicant Order for the execution of construction work always separately for roads or other paved areas specified in the given order. The contracting authority order will include:
4.1.1.1.12.12.12.12.1.12.1.12.1.12.1.12.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.12.
4.1.2. the scope of ordered construction work,
4.1.3lehot delivery of part of the subject of the order,
4.1.4project documentation, statement of the area, decision, notification, statements and opinions of the bodies concerned.
Reconstruction of Roads - 2025
1. The execution of the order is construction work in the reconstruction of roads or other paved areas owned or reported by the contracting authority based on project documentation. The contracting authority concludes a framework agreement with a successful applicant, while the contracting authority shall place an order to the successful candidate for the execution of reconstruction work always separately for roads or other reinforced the areas specified in the order. The contracting authority order will include:
a) Determination of the exact place of delivery of the part of the subject of the contract by indicating the identification of roads or other paved areas,
b) Determination of the scope of ordered construction work,
