- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the construction work in the reconstruction of roads or other paved areas owned or administrative contracting authority on the basis of project documentation. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a successful applicant, while the contracting authority enters a successful applicant Order for the execution of reconstruction work always separately for communications or other paved areas specified in the given order. The contracting authority order will include:
a) Determination of the exact place of delivery of the part of the subject of the contract by indicating the identification of communications or other paved areas,
b) determining the scope of the ordered construction work,
c) the time of delivery of the part of the subject of the contract,
d) project documentation, statement of the area, decisions, notification, statements and opinions of the bodies concerned.
Successful candidate in order to fill the order must comply with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, the relevant Technical standards and other regulations determining the technical requirements for the subject of the order, in particular the technical-quality parameters for metallurgized asphalt mixtures TKP 6 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic and catalog sheets of asphalt mixtures Klaz 1/2019 issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic Republics, respectively legislation, technical standards and other regulations their supplementary, changing or replacing.
