• The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works within the project "Ethnographic Museum in Martin". The aim of the reconstruction is to improve the technical condition of the building, increase its energy efficiency and extend its life, while preserving its historic values. The subject of the contract includes construction modifications, especially the restoration of the facade, the replacement and repair of opening fillings and the reconstruction of the roof covering, including insulation. Part of the subject of the contract is also the reconstruction of the building's technical equipment, especially distribution systems health technology, heating and air conditioning. It also includes complete modernization of electrical installation, including lighting, lightning rod and measurement and regulation systems. It is a reconstruction of a national cultural monument registered in the ÚZPF no. 572. Other details are stated in the tender documents for the order.
