• Reconstruction of the SNM building in Martin Description: The subject of the contract is the realization of construction works within the project "Ethnographic Museum in Martin". The aim of the reconstruction is to improve the technical condition of the building, increase its energy efficiency and extend it life, while preserving its historical value. The subject of the order includes construction modifications, at least the restoration of the facade, the replacement and repair of the filling of openings and the reconstruction of the stress plastic, including insulation. Part of the subject of the contract is also the reconstruction of technical equipment of the building, lease of sanitary engineering, heating and air conditioning systems. It also includes a complete modernization of the electrical installation, including lighting, lightning rod and measurement and regulation systems. It is a reconstruction of a national cultural monument registered in UZPF no. 572. Other details are given in the Tender Documents for the contract.
