Reconstruction of SO 34 UAO and SO 22 Social part of UAO, UVTOS and UVV Leopoldov Institute of ZVJS Education Description: The subject of the contract is "Reconstruction of SO 34 UAO and SO 22 Social part of UAO, UVTOS and UVV Leopoldov Institute of ZVJS Education". The subject of the solution is complex restoration of buildings with a total built-up area of 2,482 m2, which were used before the flood as a car repair shop for trucks and passenger vehicles with technical facilities and equipment (SO 34) and a social building of the central car repair shop (SO 22). By implementing the reconstruction there will be a removal of part of the building and a change in the purpose of using the building. The main function of the buildings will be the provision of spaces for education with the possibility of accommodation for participants in education, the creation of facilities for lecturers and administration, and also the creation service flats for employees of UVTOS and UVV Leopoldov. The detailed technical specification is given in the competition documents, in the following documentation: - measurement report, basis for the award (appendix no. 8 of the competition documents), - project documentation (appendix no. 9 competition documents).
