- The subject of the contract entitled "Reconstruction of the SZZ in ŽST Jesenske and in the turnout DOT Vyh. Luka + DOZZ ŽST R. Sobota" is:
- preparation and delivery of project documentation at the stage of construction plan and construction project in the details of the implementation project,
- ensuring the related engineering activity, as a result which will be the provision of a valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project (including ensuring the extension of their validity if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the construction plan loses validity, ensuring the issuance of a new valid decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project),
- ensuring the property-legal settlement of land owners in the form of a permanent seizure or by establishing an easement, to the construction procedure, or in the case of a newly discovered owner or owners as of the date of submission of the proposal for approval of the construction, if any necessary
- execution of construction works,
- ensuring the related engineering activity during the implementation of construction works, the result of which will be the delivery of the complete document part necessary for the issuance of a valid approval certificate or valid approval certificates,
- elaboration a delivery of project documentation for the actual construction of the building,
