Reconstruction of the SZZ in ZST Jesenske and in the DOT Vyh. Luka + DOZZ ZST R. Sobota Description: The subject of the contract with the name "Reconstruction SZZ at ZST Jesenské and at the DOT Vyh turnout. Luka + DOZZ ZST R. Sobota" is: - development and delivery of project documentation in the degree construction plan and construction project in the details of the execution project, - provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be the provision of a valid decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project (including the provision of extension their validity, if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the building plan becomes invalid, ensuring the issuance of a new valid decision on the building plan and verification of the construction project), - ensuring the property and legal settlement of the owners of land in the form of a permanent occupation or the establishment of an easement, namely for construction proceedings, or in the case of a newly discovered owner or owners as of the date of submission of the proposal for construction approval, if necessary, - execution of construction works, - security related engineering activities during construction works, which will result in the delivery of the complete document part necessary for the issuance of a valid inspection certificate or valid inspection certificates, - preparation and delivery of the project documentation of the actual construction of the building (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract" in the appropriate grammatical form).
