• Reconstruction of a youth home Description: The subject of the contract is the realization of construction works within the framework of the project of reconstruction of a youth home, including related construction objects and technical infrastructure. The subject of the contract includes the least complex reconstruction of the existing object of the youth home, modernization of internal spaces, layout adjustments, insulation of the building, replacement of opening structures, reconstruction of stress plastic, reconstruction and construction of new distributions of the building's technical equipment, reconstruction of heating, health technology, air conditioning, electrical installation, low current systems and electronic security system. Part of the subject of the contract is also reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler room, implementation of the electrical supply equipment, area LV distribution and outdoor lighting, management of area communications and paved areas including parking spaces, implementation of a new garage and replacement of the elevator.
