• Recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste 2026 Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie nasledujúcich služieb: a) Zhodnotenie alebo zneškodnenie zmesového odpadu (ďalej len ,, ZKO“) kat. č. 20 03 01 v predpokladanom množstve v zmysle prílohy č. 1 of this Call in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended and the relevant generally binding regulations, in particular the decrees of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic in the field of waste management. Closer specification the subject of the contract is listed in Appendix No. 1 of this call. b) Collection vehicles of the public contracting authority will dump waste on the designated area of ​​the transfer station in the city of Stará Ľubovňa. The waste is subsequently loaded by the public contracting authority using a machine mechanism into containers of the winning bidder, who will take them away with his own transport. A. The collection of mixed municipal waste from the district of Stará Ľubovňa and Kežmarok to the transshipment station will be carried out by means of the public contracting authority's own transport. B. Winning Bidder will ensure the transportation of waste from the transshipment station to the facility for waste recovery or disposal with its own capacities. C. The public contracting authority requires that the successful bidder collect the imported waste on working days between 07.00 and 15.00 hours D. The public contracting authority will ensure the loading of waste at the transshipment station. E.
