• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the comprehensive renovation of the outer shell and roofs of the Gessayova 2 Elementary School in Bratislava - Petržalka with the aim of reducing the energy demand of the building, extending its life and improving the internal environment of the school. It includes the insulation of the facade including plinths, linings and parapets, modification and insulation of roof structures with a new waterproofing layer and related tinkering elements, replacement of existing windows and doors with new opening fillings with insulating glazing, as well as necessary tinkering, locksmithing, masonry and finishing works. Part of the implementation is the supply of all materials, the execution of work in accordance with valid technical standards, the use of a certified insulation system and compliance with the requirements of safety and health protection at work, including disposal of generated construction waste.
