• Reducing the energy demand of the Gessayova Primary School building 2, Bratislava Description: The subject of the contract is the comprehensive renovation of the perimeter cladding and roofs of the Gessayova Primary School 2 in Bratislava Petrzalka with the aim of reducing the energy demand of the building, extending its vitality and improve the internal environment of the school. It includes the insulation of the facade, including the plinth, lintel and parapets, modification and insulation of stressed constructions with a new waterproofing layer and related tinkering elements, replacement of existing windows and doors new fillings of openings with insulating glazing, as well as necessary nailing, pottery, masonry and finishing works. Part of the implementation is the delivery of all materials, execution of work in accordance with valid technical standards, using certified insulation system and in compliance with safety and health protection requirements at work, including the disposal of construction waste. including the measurement report for the building.
