• replacement of the roof coating
• replacement of window and door parts

• new installation of ladders on the roof
• replacement of skylights
• modification of the heating system
• installation of controlled ventilation of the building
• removal of asbestos-cement cladding
• static securing of foundations
• repair of cracks after an earthquake
