Reducing the energy demand of the kindergarten building of prof. Marie Podhajeckej Description: The subject of the contract is the construction of a kindergarten in the town of Presov. The scope of the planned construction works is as follows: insulation of perimeter masonry, plinth, column, roof, of attic masonry • replacement of the roof covering • replacement of parts of windows and doors • replacement of the gutter system • replacement of attic plating, window sills • new installation of ladders on the roof • replacement of skylights • modification of the heating system • installation of controlled ventilation building • removal of asbestos-cement cladding • static protection of foundations • repair of cracks after an earthquake • replacement of light fixtures • installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof Detailed qualitative and quantitative specification of the subject of the contract is given in competition documents (measurement report).
