Description:
The upcoming investment event represents the reconstruction of the existing kindergarten buildings. By realizing the intention and its artistic solution, the buildings will also be evaluated from a visual point of view. The subject of the proposal is the insulation of the facade, the insulation of the plinth, the creation of a new attic, the insulation of the roof structure, replacement of PUR panels, modification of the heating system, construction of controlled ventilation of the building and replacement of lamps. The layout will not change with this investment plan, in building SO01 there will be the creation of a toilet for immobile and the replacement (enlargement of openings) of door structures.
