• Reducing the energy demand of the Prievidza Hospital with its seat in Bojnice" - construction work Description: The construction work is focused on the modification of the individual pavilions of the hospital area with the polyclinic in order to reduce the energy demand and operation from the point of view energy savings of individual buildings. This is at least the insulation of the perimeter walls of the buildings, the insulation of stress structures, the complex replacement of the filling of openings in the perimeter walls — windows and doors of individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of the heating of individual solved objects and the implementation of new so-called green technologies such as photovoltaic panel technology. Realization of the subject of the contract consists of: • realization of the work according to the technical specification - see Annex E.1, Annex E.2 and requirements Annex E.3 of these tender documents, in accordance with the statement of the concerned authorities in the framework of the building procedure, building permit and announcement of building modifications.• warranty period for a period of 5 years from the completion and handing over of the work. The building will be handed over for use after completion of individual construction objects gradually according to the possibility of operation based on acceptance protocols and approval of individual objects. The building can be approved separately for each object. The applicant acknowledges that the work will be carried out in full operation. buildings in which health care is provided.
