• Description:
• The construction works are aimed at modifying the individual pavilions of the hospital complex with the polyclinic in order to reduce the energy demand and operation from the point of view of energy saving of the individual buildings. It mainly concerns the insulation of the perimeter walls of buildings, insulation roof structures, complex replacement of openings in perimeter walls — windows and doors of individual pavilions, partial reconstruction of heating of individual buildings and implementation of new so-called green technologies such as technology photovoltaic panels. Implementation of the subject of the order consists of: • implementation of the work according to the technical specification - see Appendix E.1, Appendix E.2 and the requirements Appendix E.3 of these tender documents, in the sense of the statements of the concerned authorities within the framework of the construction proceedings, construction permit and announcement of construction modifications. • warranty period for 5 years from the completion and delivery of the work. The building will be handed over for use after the completion of individual construction objects gradually according to the possibilities of operation on the basis of takeovers protocols and approval of individual objects. The building can be inspected separately for each object. The applicant acknowledges that the work will take place during the full operation of the building in which health care is provided. Possible even unintentional shut-down, Disabling or otherwise preventing the use of a part of the building that was not approved by the construction supervisor (hospital management) can lead to a threat to the health and life of the patient.
