- The subject of the contract is the provision of services -, a detailed definition of the subject of the contract and more detailed conditions of performance (requirements for the subject of the contract) are defined in more detail in the tender documents, including the annexes of the tender documents, according to the documents defined in: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in part B.1 "Description of the subject of the contract" in part B.2 "Business conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract" of the tender documents. The subject of the project is the loading, removal and storage of mixed municipal waste and small items at the landfill of construction waste from illegal landfills in the vicinity of MRK dwellings in Polomka. Landfills are located at ul. Hronská - location A and ul.Osloboditeľov - location B. A valid decision has been issued for the removal of these landfills by the Brezno District Office, Department of Care on the environment, which is in the appendix of the tender documents, the Decision has the number OU-BR-OZSP -2024/006363-007 and is dated 09.7.2024, valid on 01.8.2024. According to the decision, the Municipality of Polomka is to remove 1050 tons of mixed municipal waste and 50 tons of small construction waste.
