Description:
The subject of the contract is the restoration of the Social Services Center of Prof. K. Matulaya for children and adults on Lipskeho Street and Ľuda Zubka Street in Bratislava - measures to reduce the energy demand, aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the facilities using renewable energy sources and reducing the production of greenhouse gas emissions according to project documentation and contractual conditions. The construction consists of three buildings: SO.01: Lipskeho 19 SO.02: Lipskeho 13 SO.03: Ľuda Zubka 6 bridges, new waterproofing of roofs on buildings, complete replacement of opening structures on the facade, hydraulic regulation of the heating system with the installation of new thermoregulation valves and individual temperature regulation in rooms (IRC), installation of shading technology and shading elements, local air conditioning units with recuperation, construction of a gutter, replacement of rain gutters, completely new wiring, installation of LED lighting, installation of a rainwater collection system, installation of renewable energy sources.
