• Renewal of CSS prof. Karola Matulay on Lipskeho and Ľud Zubka streets in Bratislava Description: The subject of the order is the renovation of the Social Services Center of Prof. K. Matulaya for children and adults on Lipskeho Street and Ľuda Zubka Street in Bratislava measures to reduce energy demand, aimed at improving the energy efficiency of facility objects with the use of renewable energy sources and reducing the production of greenhouse gas emissions according to the project documentation and contractual conditions. The building will consist of three of buildings: SO.01: Lipskeho 19SO.02: Lipskeho 13SO.03: Ľuda Zubka 6 The subject of the order includes insulation of the perimeter plastic, plinth part of the building, elimination of thermal bridges, new waterproofing of roofs on buildings, complete replacement of opening structures on the facade, hydraulic regulation of the heating system with the installation of new thermoregulation valves and individual room temperature regulation (IRC), installation of shading technology and shading elements, local air handling units with recuperation, construction of a gutter, replacement of rain gutters, completely new electrical installation, installation of LED lighting, installation of a rainwater collection system, installation of renewable energy sources.
