The goal of building reconstruction is:
- Restoration of the damaged part of the building of the courtyard wing
- Creation of a new social and hygienic environment
- Elimination of hygiene deficiencies
- Improvement thermal technical properties of the building
- Improvement of the architectural appearance of the building
- Construction of a new gas connection
- Reconstruction of sewage and storm sewers
