The purpose of preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties (hereinafter referred to as PTK) is:
preparing and informing potential interested parties about the planned public procurement procedure for the above-mentioned subject of the contract, verifying the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subjectfor the contract, to obtain and incorporate feedback from business entities of potential interested parties who will participate in preparatory market consultations, to support the refinement of the draft description of the subject of the contract, including the determination of suitable dates for the performance of the contract, with the aim of defining a clear, complete andmorning description of the subject of the contract.
Renovation of rooms in KC SAV Smolenice
The public contracting authority for the purpose of PTK addresses economic entities that deal with the subject of the contract in order to establish objective and non-discriminatory parameters and requirements for the subject of the contract and also to determine other relevantn facts of the planned public procurement so that the principles of public procurement are observed. Participation in the PTK is voluntary and the interested party addressed can freely decide whether to use/not take advantage of the opportunity to participate in the PTK.and in particular the consequences resulting from the economic entity's participation in PTK with regard to § 25 and § 40 par. 7 of the Act on Public Procurement; economic entities that participate in PTK can participate in the upcoming public procurement and submit an offer.
