• The subject of the order is the modernization of the heating distribution and social facilities for students, together with the creation of new social facilities for students and related building modifications. The land on which the construction is planned is a parcel C-KN 1801/1, which is owned by Prešovsky of the self-governing region, the administrator of the school's land and buildings is the investor, SOŠ Garbiarska. The SOŠ campus is located in the built-up area of ​​the city of Kežmarok, not far from the city center, just beyond the border of the monument reserve. The campus consists of several buildings, the subject of the PD are three school buildings in the southern part of the campus. The construction modifications will not lead to deterioration of the environment in the locality and will not significantly increase the burden on the environment. Building modifications do not represent a change in the perimeter constructions of the building, nor a change in the size parameters of the building.
