• Renovation of the SOS Garbiarska 1 Kezmarok school building, for the needs of the Hotel Academy in Kezmarok Description: The subject of the order is the modernization of the heating distribution and social facilities for students together with the creation of new social facilities for students and connected construction works. The land on which the construction is planned is made up of plot C-KN 1801/1, which is owned by the Presov Self-Governing Region, the manager of the school's land and buildings is the investor, SOS Garbiarska. The SOS area is located in a built-up area of the town of Kezmarok, near the city center, just beyond the border of the monument reservation. The area consists of several buildings, the subject of the PD are three school buildings in the southern part of the area. Construction works will not and will not worsen the environment in the locality will not significantly increase the burden on the environment. Construction modifications do not represent a change in the perimeter construction of the building, nor a change in the size parameters of the building.
