Description:
The subject of the construction part of the renovation of the building is the insulation of the facade with a contact insulation system based on mineral wool, waterproofing and insulation of all roofs, replacement of transparent window and door structures and insulation against ground moisture.
Due to the replacement of heating elements and distribution systems the interior of the building will also be disturbed, therefore the reconstruction of the interior spaces for the current requirements of educational institutions is also a subject of solution.
The subject of improving the quality of the internal environment is also the solution of controlled air exchange.
The subject of the electrical installation solution is the HR switchboard for connection of decentralized recovery units, protection of the building with a lightning rod, installation of photovoltaic panels, replacement of lamps, including electrical distribution.
