- The subject of the contract is the rental and operation of the customer construction site (cellular) for the investment project, the construction of "Šurany Industrial Park-Public Infrastructure" precisely specified in Annex SP no. 1 Situation of a cellular placement, during the required time of construction of an investment project, Security of services at the prescribed time intervals and also supplies of consumables stated in Annex SP no. 2 specification of ZS PP Šurany.
The construction site facilities shall understand the construction and facilities which, during the construction, changes in the construction or maintenance work, serve operators purpose, production purpose, storage purpose and social purpose; This purpose is temporarily served at the time of construction.
The subject of the order consists of the following activities:
1.They, assembly, disassembly and removal of elements of the temporary construction site, as stated in Annex SP no. 2 specification of ZS PP Šurany, Connecting a temporary construction site to the power point El. Energy (ensures the customer) at a distance of 30 m from the location of the temporary construction site.
2.The security of the operation of a temporary construction site during the rental period, maintenance of elements of the construction site during the rental period, supplementation of consumables in quantities and deadlines specified in Annex SP no. 2 specification of ZS PP Šurany, provision of services associated with the operation of a temporary construction site, specified in Annex SP no. 2 specification of ZS PP Šurany.
