• The subject of the order is operational leasing - rental of motor vehicles, including regular and irregular servicing and insurance of motor vehicles, payment of all fees associated with the use of motor vehicles and other services associated with the use of motor vehicles in the sense of the Operational Leasing Agreement, which forms Annex no. 1 BR. The contracting authority requests the lease of motor vehicles in the number of 32 units included in 9 categories, while the duration of the operational lease of individual types of motor vehicles is different and more specifically specified in point 3, Art. II. Contracts. A detailed specification of individual types of motor vehicles is given in the technical specification (Appendix No. 2 SP). All motor requirements must be included in the rental price vehicles and services related to the rental of motor vehicles, which are defined in art. III. Contracts.
