The subject of public procurement is the framework agreement to provide services (for simplification, the term 'framework agreement' is also used for the purposes of these tender documents also interchangeably with the term 'contract'). The subject of the contract is the acquisition of services to repair the ZF drive axles including the delivery of spare parts needed for repair/exchange.
