Repair of the generators' winding on the Gabčikovo Description: The subject of the order is to repair the stator of the TG1 generator, TG2, TG3, TG4, TG5, TG6, TG7 with minimal intervention in the winding of generators as well as the TG8 winding control.acquisitioner. The acquirer requires the order to deliver the necessary material for the repair of the generators' winding in full according to the presented technical documentation. I will be submitted as follows: - Repair of the stator windings of the generators performed either: - s pulling outRotor and complete repair of all accessible stator windings defects - TG2 and TG5 generators. - Without pulling out the rotor partially repairing access to the access of places with the greatest damnation of stator winding insulation - there are TG1 generators, TG3,TG4, TG6, TG7.- During repair with the removal of the rotor, the contractor is provided by the acquirer under the management and in cooperation with the Semmonter contractor removal of the rotor, its storage in the mounting hall in Gabčikovo and after the repair of the Repage Montaz Rotor.contractor. The work of the contractor is the introduction of the generator in the operation in cooperation with the contractor. - The acquirers requires sefmontaz to the entire scope of work. For work that requires the compulinance of the acquirer, the contractor will provide the contractor with a document, including the work at the selection and the reepauticRotor. The extent of the association will be in the technical possibilities of the acquirer. - Contribution of work in repairing the stator winding is to check the rotor of the generator and the auxiliary generator.- Conducting the winding of the TG8 generator after the 2023 correction - the check includes the execution of diagnostic measurements,Control of the auxiliary generator and rotor generator.
