Repair of the railway track in the section ZST Aleksince - ZST Hlohovec, km 10,449 - 22,351 Description: The subject of the contract entitled "Repair of the railway track in the section ZST Aleksince - ZST Hlohovec, km 10,449 - 22,351" is the implementation of construction and repair works of the railway in the section ZST Aleksince - ZST Hlohovec, km 10,449 - 22,351 with the aim of restoring the projected track speed, increasing comfort, ensuring the long-term operability of the railway line and reducing its maintenance costs. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the successful bidder will propose a technical solution for the implementation of the subject of the contract, in accordance with the binding requirements of the procuring entity for the scope of the subject of the contract and the binding technical requirements of the procuring entity for the subject of the contract listed in Chapter B.1 Description of the subject of the procurement of the tender documents, ensure all statements / consents / opinions and/or official approvals by the concerned bodies and institutions, related to the implementation of the subject of the procurement, if these are in accordance with the draft technical solutions for the implementation of the subject of the order necessary, carry out construction and repair works and hand them over to the procurer together with all the documentation, the preparation of which is assumed by valid legal regulations and the applied internal management acts of the procurer (further also as "the subject of the contract" in the appropriate grammatical form).
