• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works as part of the renovation of the Social Services Center Under the Carpathians in Pezinok, aimed at improving the facility's energy efficiency with the use of renewable energy sources and reducing the production of emissions of greenhouse gases according to project documentation and contractual conditions. Part of the restoration of the facility is also the debarriering of the entrances due to the need to adapt them for the movement of people with limited mobility and orientation. Restoration includes construction work objects: SO.01 Center of social services Under the Carpathians SO.03 Water management construction The subject of the order includes the insulation of the outer shell, the plinth part of the building, the elimination of thermal bridges, new waterproofing of the roofs on the building (resistant to UV radiation with with a lifespan of more than 25 years), complex reconstruction of loggias (with insulation and new waterproofing), including new railings, complete replacement of all opening structures on the facade, installation of shading technology and shading elements, construction of gutter sidewalks, replacement of rain gutters, construction of an infiltration system, debarriering of entrances to the building, new lightning rod system, complete replacement of socket and lighting wiring, installation of LED lighting, expansion and modification of the electrical system fire alarm system, replacement of water distribution to individual risers and replacement of the risers themselves, solution of fire water distribution including installation of hose reel systems, installation of solar collectors...
