• Revitalization of the Herlianska Market Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the revitalization of the area of ​​the Herlianska Market. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 separate parts: a) Part 1 (construction works), b) Part 2 (orchard management). The subject of the first part of the contract is construction work on revitalization of the marketplace itself, removal of old constructions, placement of new skeleton constructions and furniture, as well as implementation of improvements to paved areas in the affected area. The subject of the second part of the contract is the implementation of orchard management in the affected area lands. The measurement report containing itemized specification of the subject of the contract forms Annex No. 16 to these tender documents and the relevant project documentation forms Annex No. 17 to these tender documents. 2. The principle of implementation of the subject of the order is revitalization marketplace by uniting the area into one unit. The skeleton structure unifying the marketplace is longitudinally shaped in plan, consisting of a 4 x 10 square, into which the necessary amenities of the marketplace are placed. The following investment balances are proposed fields: 5 fields of stall objects, 6 fields of sales counters, 4 fields with seating furniture, 8 vegetation fields and 18 fields out of a total of 40 should be covered with waterproof fabric. In the proposal, it is considered that 4 fields could be additionally transformed into fields with a stall object and 2 fields for counter sales. Therefore, the reserve stall fields are fully equipped with connections to engineering networks. 3. In the proposed area, it is proposed to remove all paved surfaces for communication, these are mainly made of of asphalt-bitumen mixtures and only one sidewalk is made of block paving.
