- The aim of this project is the reconstruction, respectively. Revitalization of public exterior spaces on St. Egidia in Poprad. The aim and aim is to modernize and make public spaces more attractive to make it modern and pleasant for visitors to spend their free time. This is mainly the reconstruction - replacement of paved areas, reconstruction of public lighting, addition of greenery and furnishings, revitalization of the park and other green areas, as well as the application of water release and water management measures for ecological operation and use of rainwater.
The solution brings a modern public dress The space, modifies, extends the areas of greenery and completes the imaginary closure of the overall square on the west side near the altitude dominant - the Onyx building. In front of the shopping center in the western part of the square will be a "micro-square" for the purpose of free space for dispersion of people but also for possible commercial Use - seasonal markets, sports activities, etc. In the southern part of the square next to the Renaissance bell tower will be created a mini-space with ornamental greenery eg. for art and culture. The main gathering space will be in front of the Evangelical Church - conduct of cultural social events.
The solution also includes a street 1.
