Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of goods - sanitary for the complete and comprehensive implementation of the investment project in question, "Reconstruction and historical restoration of the Groessling spa" to the extent according to the current needs and requirements of the Customer.
Sanity supply is an integral part of a comprehensive reconstruction of the historic building of the Groessling Spa, therefore the contracting authority decided to procure them, respectively. Purchase in advance, for timely and trouble -free implementation of this interior element into the construction. The technical specification of the subject of the contract is described in Annex no. 1 sp form of material sheets. The scope is described in Annex no. 2 SP: Quote.
The contracting authority is interested in supplying elements of sanitary elements in the quality described in the technical specifications. For inspiration, the contracting authority states a reference product in the material sheets or in the quotation. Delivery The reference product is not mandatory;
Successful applicant / Seller will store the elements of sanitation until the moment of delivery in the implementation of the construction on the basis of a written call of the contracting authority / buyer. The installation of the elements of sanitary will be carried out by the contractor.
