The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and training for work, including application training, at Report of scanning electron microscopy consisting of a FIB-SEM microscope with an ion bundle, equipped with analytical methods of EDS, EBSD and spectrometer for the current measurement of spectra for different energies. The device is procured within a project called "Development and Design of Sustainable Composite Materials for the hybrid system of energy storage based on Li-Ion and Redox-transparent batteries ", which is financed from the resources of the renewal and durability support mechanism (renewal plan). Project code: 09I02-03-V01-00022. based on lithium -based (LI) designed for use in the new generation batteries. The SEM-FIB device is the basic technological "pillar" of this project and will allow advanced analysis and mapping of light metal elements, especially LI, in the upcoming and examined innovative Li-Ion materials.
