Description:
The general designer (Design Office) will be responsible for the development of project documentation for the construction plan and the construction project and the implementation project (except for the parts covered by EPC contracts), for the coordination and coordination of all designers and contractors including solving the interface between technological units, for ensuring the permitting process and obtaining a building permit, for performing author's supervision and handing over a selected part of the documentation of the actual design of the building (the rest will be handed over by the building contractor according to § 32 (3) of the Construction Act), as well as for the operative solution of technical problems during the implementation of the project, all in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Construction Act and the technical specification SE Integrator - General designer Doc Title: SE Integrator - General designer Contract Type: services
