Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of the guardian and information service for the contracting authority for ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, as well as the protection of the movable and immovable property of the contracting authority and third parties against theft, damage or deterioration, under conditions of conditions agreed in the contract, in accordance with Act No. 473/2005 Coll. on the provision of services in the field of private security and on amendments to certain acts, as amended. The guardian's guardian service requires the provision to be provided according to the specified periodicity in accordance with the determination of the scope of the provided Services according to the summer and winter periods. The guard service for the premises in the administration of the contracting authority for a period of 12 months divided into 7 parts (SUC PSK).

The place of fulfillment of the subject of the contract are the premises of the PSK, the Bardejov area:
- Bardejov Regional Directorate, Štefanikova 789, 085 01 Bardejov - continuously for 24 hours a day on working days, on time of work, holiday and days announced by public holidays (365 days)
- Giraltovce path, Dukelska 3, 089 01 Giraltovce - During Luc: daily on working days from 15:00 hr to 7:00 pm
- In the days of working time off, public holidays and days announced by public holidays continuously 24 hours
