Description: The subject of the contract is to procurement of service, under which the candidate commits to the agency for emergency stocks of oil and petroleum products (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") for the remuneration to maintain a specified amount of oil pursuant to § 2 (a). (b) Act 218/2013 Coll. On emergency stocks of oil and petroleum products and the solution of oil emergency (hereinafter referred to as "Act no. 218/2013 Z.Z").
The aim of the procurement declared is the selection of recognized storers of emergency oil stocks whose maintenance will be provided for the agency to ensure winning candidates whose offers for maintenance of relevant oil will be adopted by the Agency. The beginning of the storage of the relevant oil quantities is over 2025.
